Return policy
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 14 business days of delivery. If 14 business days have passed since your order's delivery date, refunds and exchanges are not granted.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@pebblestonesus.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received with the original tags, packaging, and a receipt or a proof of purchase.
If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email and we will facilitate an exchange. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping carriers.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
We will cover the exchange shipping cost of the new Pebblestones ONLY if the exchange request was initiated due to damage of the product. Otherwise there will be shipping fees to ship the new Pebblestones.
When you receive your item(s), please check your item(s) carefully. If the product appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
- Send pictures of the damage to contact@pebblestonesus.com.
- We will contact you directly with the next steps.
- DO NOT throw away the boxe(s) and packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery via e-mail if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping carriers.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
